Good Progress with the Village Hall Refurbishment Programme

Village Hall Fund-raising Events June-Sep 2015
The Committee and Supporters for Lavendon Village Hall have now raised over £100,000 towards the refurbishment programme called ‘Project Diamond’. Much of this achievement has been possible as a direct result of our regular fund-raising social events; all the profits from these events go towards the refurbishment programme.
Lavendon Crafting News
The Lavendon Crafty Ladies are running a trip to the Summer Crafting event at Doncaster Racecourse on Sunday 12 July. This event includes papercrafting, sewing and quilting with exhibitors such as Pinflair, Anna Marie, Tattered Lace, Linen & Lace and many more to enable you to purchase your crafting needs under one roof whether you are a beginner or an experienced crafter. Well known guests will include Stephanie Weightman, Debbi Moore, Nancy Watt and many others. There will also be regular FREE Make & Take sessions hosted by the crafty celebrities.
We will pick up in Olney and Bozeat depending on demand at around 8.15am and Lavendon at 8.30am. Tickets can be obtained via Create and Craft website at £5 Adults, £4 concessions. Travel cost will be approx £10 per person.
